Knowledge Base

The IBIS Knowledge Base collects and links experimental data, analyses, and decisions across the biofertilizer development pipeline, making IBIS knowledge findable, interpretable, reusable, and traceable to its source.

Core Knowledge Elements

IBIS structures knowledge into four connected elements that reflect how evidence is generated and used:

  • Protocols - how data is generated
  • Data - what is measured or observed
  • Analyses - how data are interpreted

Each element is documented on its own page and linked to the others, enabling end-to-end traceability from methods to decisions. The pages will be published as validated content becomes available.

Knowledge Sharing Across the IBIS Development Pipeline

The Knowledge Sharing Platform supports the full IBIS development pipeline - from Discovery and Characterization to Fermentation & Formulation and Field Performance. At each stage, protocols define procedures, data capture results, analyses generate insight, and decisions guide the next steps.
